equipment features:

1.This filling line specially produces 5gallon barreled drinking water, those types (barrels/hour):80type, 150type, 240type, 450type, 600type, 900type, 1200type.

2.In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injection of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid filling and bleaching are used in bottle washer, washing solution can be used circularly.

3.The sealer can seal barrel caps automatically.

4.This line equips with water spring device to sterilize caps of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic an healthy, also this line can automatically carry out barrel feeding, washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
